I've been going to this vision source for several years now. I recently changed my insurance, so I called to get an idea of what the best use of my insurance(s) would be. I usually leave my information and what I want to get, and I usually get a call back pretty swiftly. But this week, Madison went above and beyond with answering all insurance questions while I was on the phone with her. I offered to leave my information as before, but she insisted on taking care of all of my questions without calling me back. She set up my appointment for the next day and I was in and out pretty quickly. So a HUGE SHOUT OUT TO MADISON AND THE ENTIRE STAFF AT VISION SOURCE ON 146 AND I-10!
